PowerNow (PowerNow Co., Ltd.) is a global sharing power bank brand founded in 2019, headquartered in Tokyo Japan, dedicated to providing convenient charging solutions to users. Over the past five years, PowerNow's products and services have been deployed in over 15 countries worldwide. Timothy, one of the co-founders of the PowerU project, has been an early investor in PowerNow, actively participating in its development and providing valuable experience and support to PowerNow.

As the first ecological partners of PowerU, PowerNow brings huge value in the following areas:

- Proven traditional sharing economy business model. - Mature, safe, and reliable hardware devices and technologies with years of market validation. - Extensive operational experience in cross-border and diverse scenarios.

PowerNow will open up all locations, devices, and market resources in Malaysia and Thailand, making these two countries the pilot markets for collaboration with PowerU. Malaysia and Thailand have excellent infrastructure and show strong interest in cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies. PowerNow already has over 1,000 sharing power bank stations in these two countries. Through the collaboration with PowerU, PowerNow will become the world's first brand of sharing power bank to integrate actual business operations into blockchain and Web3. Their involvement will significantly reduce the initial hardware development and fixed asset investments for the PowerU project, shorten the business model validation cycle, and provide industry expertise.
